1. How to Track Your Order
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Follow these steps:
Click the tracking link in your email, or visit the carrier’s website (we ship via Seafit.us).
Enter your tracking number to view the latest updates on your order’s status and estimated delivery date.
2. Haven’t Received Your Tracking Information?
If you haven’t received your tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder.
If you still can’t find it, contact our customer support team at saunahavenus@gmail.com or call +1 218-633-7821. Be sure to provide your order number for faster assistance.
3. Delivery Updates
Most orders are delivered within 7-9 business days after shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen delays (e.g., weather or holidays).
You’ll receive updates from the carrier as your shipment progresses, including an estimated delivery date.
4. What to Do When Your Order Arrives
Inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. If you notice any damage or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours.
For large items like saunas, ensure someone is available to accept the delivery. Delivery drivers are not responsible for moving the sauna inside your home or assembling it.
