  • Orders are shipped via our trusted partner, Seafit.us, and typically take 7-9 business days to be delivered.

  • Transit times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen delays (e.g., weather, holidays, or carrier delays).

Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States.

  • For shipping outside the contiguous U.S. (e.g., Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations), additional fees may apply. Please contact us for a quote.

Shipping Carrier

  • We partner with Seafit.us to ensure your sauna is delivered safely and efficiently. You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Details

  • Saunas are delivered via freight shipping and will require a signature upon delivery.

  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to accept the shipment.

  • Delivery drivers are not responsible for moving the sauna inside your home or assembling it. If you need assistance with setup, please contact us to discuss additional services.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • Inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. If you notice any damage or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at saunahavenus@gmail.com or call us at +1 218-633-7821.

  • Provide photos of the damaged item(s) and your order number to help us resolve the issue quickly.
