At Sauna Haven US, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your sauna, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy below for details on returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Eligibility for Returns

  • You may return your sauna within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return, the sauna must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  • For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for saunas that have been used, assembled, or damaged after delivery.

  • Custom or special-order saunas are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective or damaged upon delivery.

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at saunahavenus@gmail.com or call us at +1 218-633-7821 within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos (if applicable).

  3. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or error on our part.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for your return. Sauna Haven US is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and issued to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or error on our part.

Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange your sauna for a different model, please contact us at saunahavenus@gmail.com or call +1 218-633-7821.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability and may require additional shipping fees.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your sauna arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos of the damage and your order number to help us resolve the issue quickly.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost to you.
